With a keen eye for detail, he oversees all operations and continues to strive for perfection while ensuring the homebuyer receives superior service throughout the buying process and beyond.

Roger, along with his brother Henry, own and operate both HC Homes Inc. and Hebert Construction Inc., a successful commercial and industrial construction/development company located in the Puget Sound region for over three decades.
