Rick Seddon

Rick Seddon, the founder and president of Seddon Marketing, is the expert when it comes to new construction and land sales. He does it all from finding the land, helping facilitate the development, designing and selecting innovative floor plans, marketing the community and the new homes, and everything in between. He’s there for his clients from the very beginning and long after the community is sold out. He’s very hands on and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. His market knowledge, experience, and desire to constantly learn is what makes him a great Realtor.

Doreen Seddon

Doreen Seddon, the vice president of Seddon Marketing, is the backbone of the team. She organizes and manages all the behind the scene details of what makes this a successful, fully functioning team of Realtors. She isn’t afraid to go out in the field if need be and she’s always available to help. She has a strong commitment to every client represented by Seddon Marketing, from land owners to builders, to sellers and buyers, and everyone in between. Her positive attitude and attention to detail, is what makes her an outstanding Realtor and keeps the team functioning as it should.

Kortni Odiorne

Kortni works side by side with Brianna to manage all of Rick's transactions along with being her full time Real Estate Business partner. Kortni was born and raised in Puyallup, WA. She comes from a long line of Real Estate professionals. After attending Seattle Pacific University and UW Tacoma she decided to launch her real estate career and has enjoyed every minute of it. One of her favorite parts about being a Realtor is seeing the joy on people’s faces when they get the keys to their new home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids. Together they like to go camping, attend local events, and explore the outdoors. 

Brianna Richardson 

Brianna works side by side with Kortni to manage all of Rick's transactions along with being her full time Real Estate Business partner. Brianna was born and raised in Lake Tapps, WA. After graduating from Washington State University, she started her Real Estate career and it was one of the best decisions she ever made. One of her favorite things about being a Realtor is working closely with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter. Together they like to go camping, try out new hikes, and visit local wineries and breweries.
